Sitting at the edge of the caves, Alexandria sat with her sycthe in hand, Nyx. She didn't name it, it named itself. She just wield it for the dragons. One of the older ones sat beside her, curled up. She wore what she would normally wear: A white tunic with hood, lightweight armor, sword hilt at side, along with a black, red accented belt to hold knifes and other things she would need. With the hood up, she looked like an avenging angel, ready to strike at any moment. With one last huff, the old dragon walked back into the cave, leaving Alexandria outside. She didn't mind being outside alone, in fact, it brought her peace. She knew the rumors about herself too.
The Infamous Dragon Keeper, rumored to have no eyes, said to have mastered powers only dragons had, killed lost knights who had wandered into the caves. Those rumors made her smile. Chuckling a bit, she thought about how it was impossibly for her to not have eyes, and how it was just barely possible for her to get some of the powers she did have. What she did have, was minor control over fire, the ability to talk to dragons (She heard what they would say in her head, while she spoke allowed or though), and had rather tiny red wings. They didn't help her fly though, that was to mark her as one of the dragons. The only way she could fly was with Nyx, working something as a 'witches broom'.
Keeping her eyes out on the horizon, she wondered what the innocent people thought of these caves. Hearing something, sounding like a step, she tensed, and in one swift moment, had gotten up from her spot and easily made her way to the darkness of the cave entrance. Alexandria barely breathed, pressing herself against the wall, making herself blend in as much as possible. She inwardly thanked that the hood covered her eyes, and how she could feel the power surging through Nyx. Holding it close to her, she was ready to strike, if she had to. No mortal was allowed near here. Outfit: www.ripten.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/assassins-creed-cosplay.jpg (copy and paste, cause Idk of it works by clicking)

Aradia woke to her fire. The embers were almost completely burned away. Aradia looked around her. Lush green grass had sprouted where the weeds had taken over. Her spell had worked! Not that I'm truly surprised... Aradia thought. Her spells typically worked. Aradia was the only sorceress that she knew and learned from one of the greatest sorcerers of all time. Unfortunately he'd been killed by a Camelot knight. Aradia vowed to get revenge for him. She would someday. First she needed to be stronger. Then she needs allies.
Aradia stood and started walking in a random direction. She walked and walked. Eventually she saw a cave. Is that what I think it is? she thought excitedly. Is that the Dragon's Cave? Aradia hurried forward. She'd heard of the myths, but she never actually believed them. As she neared the opening, Aradia froze in her tracks. She sensed a being. Who is this? Aradia narrowed her eyes forward and whispered a spell. The spell would grant her protection from the unknown foe.
"Who is there?" Aradia questioned and paced forward slowly.

Wincing, she could almost tell by the smell that it was a sorceress. That came from the dragon in her. It was how a dragon keeper came to be, from a young age you were given dragon's blood, and from that dragon you were given what you needed to survive. Relaxing, she held Nyx at her side, walking out into the sunlight, "A friend, of sorts. What brings you here, sorceress? Didn't anyone tell you that the dragons do not like to be disturbed at this time of day?" Alexandria was cautious around this girl.
"If you have any mortal companions," she added, "They better have their memories swiped of ever seeing this place, otherwise the dragons will not be happy." One of the dragons, a long, snake like one with dark green scales, gleaming yellow eyes, and short legs slithered up behind her, hissing quietly, before a low growling sound came from inside him. Taking Nyx, she moved so the outer curve of the sycthe was near his throat. I smell magic, he said, his voice low in her head, ask her what she wants. Nodding, she said, "The Wyvern requests to know what your business here is."
Alexandria made sure that her eye were not showing, only her mouth and nose. It would be horrible f her identity was revealed. It was best, that no matter what, her identity was kept secret. If anyone knew... well, then she'd have failed. There were reasons she stayed at the caves, so no one could try and find the dragons. They did prefer the solitude, last she had checked. Who didnt? Her life had been very solitudious thanks to her parents. But the dragons had taught her everything she knew.

Aradia strode forward still more. She stopped at the entrance of the cave. Not daring to take another step forward. Aradia looked in seeing the bottom portion of a girl's face. Must be a Dragon Keeper, Aradia thought. She'd heard of the elusive guardians. They never showed their face. She'd be an excellent allie to have in my charge against Camelot... Aradia's long black hair blew around her pale face. "The name is Aradia," she said with a slight upward nod. "I'm just wandering and came upon your cave here."
Aradia look about her. She had no companion with her of any kind. Just the spirits that followed her and granted her more power. "It is only me," she responded. "I assume that one such as myself, in tune to "Myths" as you and the dragons are, my mind won't need to be wiped." Aradia jumped slightly at the sight of the dragon. She'd never seen one in the flesh. The green dragon looked as though he was having a conversation with the Keeper. Indeed. He is having her communicate with me for him, Aradia thought. "I am afraid, I'm rather lost. I was merely wandering, looking for the ancient rocks that hold new spells on them. I need to learn."

Nodding her head and grunting at what she was looking for, the Wyvern told her, adding a few grunts, blowing steam through his nose, Tell her if she requests our knowledge, she must solve our riddle. "The Great Wyvern says that in order to obtain the knowledge you seek, you must answer his riddle, if you choose to do so." Alexandria's voice never wavored, nor did it be rid of it's blunt statement. The Wyvern made it's way back into the darkness of the caves, while she held Nyx tight, making sure that handle was firm in her grip.
The Wyvern came back just as fast as it had left. It hissed to her, it's tongue flicking her ear as it spoke, This is the riddle, he made a sound, almost as if he was clearing his throat, Very few friends I have, renowned am not, Concealed and shielded behind much, difficult to spot. I am like bug and sickness; I am contagious not always wanted, Though I am small, they fear me greatly, for I might leave them haunted. At times I am tough to keep, my master forced to let me free, Then I rupture and soar around and they converse regarding me. I may be friend or foe, servant or teacher, I am like a bird; I want to be free creature. What am I?
Nodding her head, Alexandria repeated, "Here is their riddle, listen carefully, for I cannot repeat it. Very few friends I have, renowned am not, Concealed and shielded behind much, difficult to spot. What am I?"
She knew the answer to the riddle, from being raised by these beautiful creatures, so for Alexandria this was child's play, the Wyvern hissed in her ear after, Tell her that if she answers that riddle, she must answer two more. "If by chance you can answer that," Alexandria said, "You must answer two more, as the Great Wyvern has said." the Wyvern moved with the swiftness of a snake, moving it's long and scaly body around the keeper, before making it's way around Aradia. This one's smell of magic is strong.

Aradia nodded. Her mentor warned her that the dragons enjoyed their riddles. He never told her what the riddles were or how to solve them. Aradia was on her own brain power here. She nodded. "I am prepared," Aradia said. She focused on the next words that the Dragon Keeper shared. I hope that the dragon knows something about those stones...
Oh. That riddle... It's a bit confusing, Aradia thought and racked her brain. Few friends and not renowned, Aradia thought. That would mean that it's not liked. Concealed and shielded, difficult to see, she considered. That would mean that it's protected. Sickness? Contagious? Something infectious. Small and feared, Aradia thought. That means that it's dangerous. Tough to keep, forced to let free? Aradia couldn't make sense of that line. Soars and is conversed, she thought. It's well talked about. Friend or foe? Student or teacher? It wants to be free? Aradia decided that that mean that it was here or there and desired freedom... Not liked but talked about and protected, dangerous, "left or right", wants to be free, she thought. Oh!! That's simple!
"Perfect," Aradia said. She would try her best to answer the riddles as they came. "The answer is simple. It's a secret," she said, nodding her head. Aradia looked at the dragon. It's serpent-like beauty was among the best that she'd ever seen.

Very good, the Wyvern said, going back behind Alexandria with lightning speed, his head next to hers, tell her my next riddle. Nodding, she said, "You've answered his riddle correctly, but there are two more for you to conquer." Of all my siblings, which I have many, I am the number, wise old twenty. I always wear, my long thin hat, And stand on one leg, I've never sat. I'm last of last, and last of first I'm last of the best, and last of the worst. Who am I? Clearing her throat, she recited what was told of her.
"Of all my siblings, which I have many, I am the number, wise old twenty. I always wear, my long thin hat, And stand on one leg, I've never sat. I'm last of last, and last of first I'm last of the best, and last of the worst. Who am I?" Alexandria was just the translator, for the talking seemed to be going on between the Wyvern and Aradia. She was just the translator. Wasn't her fault that keepers did as they were told. It wasn't their fault it was their nature.
That, and years of solitude. They were part man, part beast. A taboo. Alexandria had to crinkle her nose a little, the smell of magic beginning to bother her. It wasn't a bad smell, it was just as if someone had filled the room full of scents that shouldn't be combined.
